This course delivers the 2025 legislative updates to Child Maltreatment Responsibilities in Education. Updates include the new 24-hour reporting requirement, expanded definitions of abuse and sexual abuse, added reporting duties for administrators, and new rules for parent notification.
Important: The full Child Maltreatment Responsibilities course is still required for compliance and already contains these updates. This supplemental course is only for staff who completed the full course before August 2025.
