New Concussion Education Course

July 29th, 2026 12:21PM

We're excited to announce that the updated Concussion Education course will be available in Eduhero on Friday, July 31, 2026!

Developed in partnership with the Houston Methodist Concussion Center, the updated course reflects the latest evidence-based guidance on recognizing, responding to, and managing concussions while continuing to meet Texas training requirements.
Temporary Course Downtime
As we publish the updated course, the current version will be temporarily unavailable while the new release is uploaded. If you plan to complete your Concussion Education training on July 30, we recommend one of the following:
  • Complete the current version before the update begins, or
  • Wait until the updated course is available before starting your training.

This will help ensure your progress is not interrupted during the transition.
If You've Accessed the Course Before
After the update is complete, please clear your browser's cache before launching the course. This ensures your browser loads the updated version instead of a previously cached copy. For the best experience, we also recommend using Google Chrome.

To Clear Your Cache in Google Chrome
  1. Copy and paste the following into your browser's address bar:chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
  2. Select the Advanced tab.
  3. Check Cached images and files only
  4. Set the Time Range to All time
  5. Click Clear data
  6. Refresh your browser and launch the course again.
Saving Your Progress
Be sure to complete each section before exiting the course. Every section ends with a brief Knowledge Check, and your progress is saved only after you complete it.If you exit the course before completing the Knowledge Check, you will need to restart that section the next time you log in.

New Course Alert: AI in Education

June 22nd, 2026 12:01PM

AI in Education: Preparing Educators for an AI-Powered Future
Eduhero is proud to announce its new course, AI in Education, which has been certified by the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) under Texas law! This course is aligned with Texas AI awareness training requirements and supports statewide efforts to prepare the public sector workforce to use artificial intelligence responsibly. Participants will learn how to apply responsible AI practices through human oversight, accountability, and informed decision-making.

As AI continues to shape the future of education, AI literacy is becoming an essential skill. This course empowers educators with the knowledge and confidence to navigate emerging technologies while keeping student success and safety at the center of their work.

You Should Know: Eduhero's AI in Education course is certified by the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) through August 31, 2027. The certification period applies to the course and indicates how long it remains an approved AI awareness training option.

Our understanding is that certification through August 31, 2027, does not mean an individual only needs to complete the course once to satisfy future annual training requirements. For example, if an employee completes the course during the 2025–2026 school year, they will still need to complete AI awareness training again on or after September 1, 2026, to satisfy any applicable 2026–2027 training requirement.

Please consult your organization's policies and applicable state requirements regarding annual training obligations.
